After facing my fear of messing up a very important Kendall Christmas tradition, the making of Maple Twists...I initiated the boys into the process. Their participation, of course is one of the most important parts of the tradition. Helping mom make 20+ of them every year to give everyone we knew at church was part of the Christmas season. All of us had special jobs, as Canon is demonstrating here ...
Ty was on his way to feeling pretty yucky for Christmas Day and the week thereafter, so he popped in when he felt up to it. We didnt, of course, get any pics of him helping but it should be noted that he did paint butter and spread cinnamon sugar as well :)
They turned out great, and we completed the tradition by sharing them some neighbors and friends for them to enjoy on Christmas morning! Yummo!
