..oh, and Auntie Kayli and Uncle Jared's house too! :)
We spent half of our trip at Grammy and Poppy's house outside of Dallas/Fort Worth, in Granbury. The kids already have special memories of "playing in Grammy's garage" ...aka, the garage converted into a playroom when we were all there last year for Christmas :)
This year, since it wasnt the whole crew we got to spend some special four-on-four time with mom, dad, littlest bro (Jared) and littlest sis (Kayli). We went to the zoo, watched cartoons, watched Hanna Montana (Kayli's preference), witnessed the election stats pouring in, made all my favorite meals (its all about me, afterall), "played" (or, tortured ..depending on your perspective) with the kittens ..and had a blast!
Canon wasnt scared of these birds at all..he loved feeding them!
We had to fit in a portrait session with the newest and most talented professional photographer of all times, GRAMMY! The kids had fun playing with props, but werent as cooperative as mommy or Grammy would have preferred :) Still, it was fun seeing mom in action, in her new studio ..ooOOOoo..so fancy! :)
We miss you already Grammy, Poppy, Aunt Kayli and Uncle Jared!
P.S. Interesting, I realize that we have NO shots of anyone's faces. In all the pictures we took at Grammy's house..not one is of any of their faces. Geez.

You know....until you mentioned it at the very end, I didn't even pick up on the fact that none of your pictures had faces in them. They sort of give you the perspective of just being there though...kinda neat. (Never been to Texas before. hee hee)
But I'm so glad you had a great time and made more wonderful memories!!
Hey we should make a new sport for thr olympics KITTEN THROWING
